Communicate Developer Platform gives developers and AI agents a stable way to list workspace agents and run grounded support conversations without relying on private app routes.

Use the platform when you need to:

• Discover the agents available in a Communicate workspace.
• Send a support question and receive a complete response with citations.
• Continue a conversation safely with retry protection.
• Integrate Communicate from scripts, backend services, Codex, Claude Code, or CI.

The public contract currently contains two REST operations. Dashboard, widget, billing, internal voice, and provider callback routes are intentionally not public API endpoints.
